基于高通量测序技术克氏原螯虾肠道菌群多样性分析

摘要 为研究性别对克氏原螯虾肠道菌群的影响,采用高通量测序技术对雌雄成虾的肠道菌群多样性进行分析。结果表明,雌性克氏原螯虾肠道细菌菌群多样性指数高于雄性克氏原螯虾,而真菌菌群多样性相反。雌性和雄性克氏原螯虾优势细菌菌群在门水平上均包括软壁菌门Tenericutes、变形菌门Proteobacteria、厚壁菌门Firmicutes、拟杆菌门Bacteroidetes等,雌性克氏原螯虾优势细菌菌群在属水平上包括毛螺菌属Lachnospira、厌氧杆菌属Anaerorhabdus、拟杆菌属Bacteroides、梭菌属Clostridium等,而雄性克氏原螯虾优势细菌菌群在属水平上包括Uliginosibacterium、梭菌属Clostridium、拟杆菌属Bacteroides、厌氧杆菌属Anaerorhabdus等,各优势菌群在个体间的丰度差异较大。雌性和雄性克氏原螯虾优势真菌菌群在门水平上均包括子囊菌门Ascomycota、担子菌门Basidiomycota、被孢霉门Mortierellomycota等。雌性克氏原螯虾优势真菌菌群在属水平上包括鬼伞属Coprinopsis、曲霉属Aspergillus、镰孢菌属Fusarium等,而雄性克氏原螯虾优势真菌菌群在属水平上包括曲霉属Aspergillus、赤霉菌属Gibberella、镰孢菌属Fusarium等,各优势菌群在个体间的丰度差异较大。对于了解克氏原螯虾肠道菌群组成及其演替规律,以及探讨这些肠道微生物在克氏原螯虾生长发育过程中行使的功能具有一定帮助。 The intestinal microflora of Procambarus clarkii was analyzed using high-throughput sequencing technology to investigate the impact of sex.The results revealed that the diversity index of female Procambarus clarkii’s intestinal bacteria was higher compared to males,while the intestinal fungal diversity index showed an opposite trend.At the phylum level,dominant bacterial groups in both females and males included Tenericutes,Proteobacteria,Firmicutes,Bacteroidetes,etc.Female Procambarus clarkii exhibited dominance in Lachnospira,Anaerorhabdus,Bacteroides,Clostridium at the genus level.Uliginosibacterium,Clostridium,Bacteroides,and Anaerorhabdus were dominant bacterial groups in male Procambarus clarkii;However,the abundance varied significantly among individuals.As for fungi at the phylum level in both sexes of crayfish:Ascomycota,Basidiomycota,Mortierellomycota were dominant groups observed.Female Procambarus clarkii displayed dominance in Coprinopsis,Aspergillus,Fusarium at genus level.Male Procambarus clarkii,on the other hand,demonstrated dominance with Aspergillus,Gibberella,Fusarium;However,the abundance also varied greatly among individuals.These findings contribute to a better understanding of composition and succession patterns within intestinal flora of Procambarus clarkii as well as exploring functions played by these intestinal microorganisms during growth and development.
