创造性游戏在低语言功能孤独症患儿康复中的价值

The value of creative play in rehabilitation of children with low language function autism

摘要 目的探讨低语言功能孤独症患儿康复中应用创造性游戏的临床效果。方法于2022年1月~2022年12月采集病例资料入档,对象为医院收治的低语言功能孤独症患儿共计纳入58例,纳入对象基于“简单随机化方法”规范化分组处理,划分为对照组(予以常规康复干预)与观察组(开展创造性游戏干预),各纳入29例;观察对比两组语言能力、行为能力、社交能力。结果治疗后,两组孤独症儿童心理教育评估第3版(PEP-3)各项评分均明显升高,其中观察组更高(P<0.05);治疗后,两组孤独症儿童行为检查量表(ABC)评分均明显下降,其中观察组较对照组显著低(P<0.05);干预后,两组孤独症治疗评估两边(ATEC)各项评分均低于干预前,且观察组较对照组显著低(P<0.05)。结论开展创造性游戏有利于提高低语言功能孤独症患儿的沟通及社交能力,改善患儿行为。 Objective To explore the clinical effect of applying creative games in the rehabilitation of children with low language function autism.Methods From January 2022 to December 2022,case data were collected and filed.The subjects were 58 children with low language function autism admitted to the hospital.The subjects were divided into a control group(receiving routine rehabilitation intervention)and an observation group(carrying out creative game intervention)based on a standardized grouping process of"simple randomization method",with 29 cases each included;Observe and compare the language ability,behavioral ability,and social ability of the two groups.Results After treatment,the scores of PEP-3 in both groups were significantly increased,with the observation group having a higher score(P<0.05).After treatment,the ABC scores in both groups decreased significantly,with the observation group significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the ATEC scores in both groups were lower than those before intervention,and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Developing creative games is beneficial for improving communication and social skills of children with low language function autism,improving children's behavior.
