老年高血压合并焦虑、抑郁患者血清炎性因子、单胺类递质水平观察

The serum inflammatory factors and monoamine neurotransmitter levels in elderly patients with hypertension combined with anxiety and depression

目的探讨老年高血压合并焦虑、抑郁患者与血清炎性因子、单胺类递质水平的关系。方法选取本院2022年1月~2023年12月收治的90例老年高血压合并焦虑、抑郁患者为合并组,另选同期60例老年单纯高血压患者为未合并组。比较两组焦虑自评量表(Self-Rating Anxiety Scale,SAS)、抑郁自评量表(Self-Rating Depression Scale,SDS),同时检测两组血清炎性因子水平[肿瘤坏死因子-α(Tumor Necrosis Factor-α,TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(Interleukin-6,IL-6)、白细胞介素-1β(Interleukin-1β,IL-1β)]及单胺类递质水平[5-羟色胺(5-Hydroxy trptamine,5-HT)、多巴胺(Dopamine,DA)、去甲肾上腺素(Norepinephrine,NE)],通过Spearman秩相关分析老年高血压合并焦虑、抑郁患者血清炎性因子、单胺类递质水平与SAS、SDS评分的相关性。结果合并组SAS、SDS评分高于未合并组(P<0.05);合并组血清TNF-α、IL-6、IL-1β水平高于未合并组(P<0.05);合并组DA、NE、5-HT水平低于未合并组(P<0.05);老年高血压合并焦虑、抑郁患者血清TNF-α、IL-6、IL-1β水平与SAS、SDS评分呈正相关,与DA、NE、5-HT水平呈负相关。结论老年高血压合并焦虑、抑郁患者与血清炎性因子、单胺类递质水平联系密切,临床应密切关注。

Objective To explore the relationship between serum inflammatory factors and monoamine neurotransmitter levels in elderly patients with hypertension combined with anxiety and depression.Methods 90 elderly patients with hypertension combined with anxiety and depression admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the combined group,and another 60 elderly patients with hypertension during the same period were selected as the non combined group.Compare two groups of Self Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self Rating Depression Scale(SDS),and measure serum levels of inflammatory factors[tumor necrosis factor in both groups-α Tumor Necrosis Factor-α,(TNF-α)、Interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-1β(nterleukin-1)β,(IL-1β)]And the levels of monoamine neurotransmitters[5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT),dopamine(DA),norepinephrine(NE)]were analyzed using Spearman rank correlation to investigate the correlation between serum inflammatory factors,monoamine neurotransmitter levels,and SAS and SDS scores in elderly hypertensive patients with anxiety and depression.Results The SAS and SDS scores of the merged group were higher than those of the non merged group(P<0.05).Merge group serum TNF-α、IL-6,IL-1βThe level was higher than that of the unmerged group(P<0.05).The levels of DA,NE,and 5-HT in the combined group were lower than those in the non combined group(P<0.05).Serum TNF levels in elderly hypertensive patients with anxiety and depression-α、IL-6,IL-1βThe level is positively correlated with SAS and SDS scores,and negatively correlated with DA,NE,and 5-HT levels.Conclusion Elderly patients with hypertension combined with anxiety and depression are closely related to serum inflammatory factors and mono-amine neurotransmitter levels,and clinical attention should be paid closely.
