养老机构开展老年教育的现状与改进策略研究——以Z养老机构为例

Research on the current situation and improvement strategies of elderly education in elderly care institutions--Taking Z elderly care institution as an example

随着社会的进步,老年群体对养老服务的需求日益多样化,特别是老年群体的精神文化需求日益增加。老年教育是满足这一需求的关键环节。本研究以Z养老机构为例,深入探讨了其老年教育的开展情况。尽管Z养老机构在老年教育方面已有一定经验,但仍面临缺乏统一标准、资金和政策支持不足、教学设施不完善、师资队伍薄弱及社会认知与支持不足等挑战。为此,文章从政府、社会、养老机构及个人四个维度提出改进策略,旨在为Z养老机构及其他机构提供借鉴,推动老年教育的广泛推广和深入发展。

With the progress of social,the demand for elderly care services by the elderly population is becoming increasingly diverse,especially the spiritual and cultural needs of elderly people are increasing day by day.Elderly education is a key link in meeting this demand.This study takes Z elderly care institution as an example to explore the development of elderly education in depth.Although Z elderly care institution has some experience in elderly education,it still faces challenges such as lack of unified standards,insufficient funding and policy support,inadequate teaching facilities,weak teaching staff,and insufficient social awareness and support.Therefore,this article proposes improvement strategies from four dimensions:government,society,elderly care institutions,and individuals,aiming to provide reference for Z elderly care institution and other institutions,and promote the widespread promotion and in-depth development of elderly education.
