摘要
随着知识经济的不断发展,对检测服务公司而言,通过不断创新销售管理模式才能更好地应对市场变化。文章以HB检测公司为研究对象,围绕第三方检测服务公司的服务营销进行探讨,重点研究了案例公司的发展概况及市场现状,梳理了企业服务营销过程中存在的一些问题,并提出了相应的销售管理创新建议。希望通过文章的研究,能够引发更多关于检测服务行业销售管理创新的思考与实践,共同推动行业的健康发展与进步。
With the continuous development of the knowledge economy,for testing service companies,it is necessary to continuously innovate sales management models in order to better respond to market changes.This article takes HB testing company as the research object,explores the service marketing of third-party testing service companies,focuses on the development overview and market status of the case company,sorts out some problems in the enterprise service marketing process,and puts forward corresponding sales management innovation suggestions.It is hoped that through the research in this article,more thoughts and practices on sales management innovation in the testing service industry can be triggered,jointly promoting the healthy development and progress of the industry.
