摘要
高层次人才引进是高等院校提高学科影响力及整体办学水平的重要途径,高等院校在人才引进方面的竞争也日益激烈。而地方高等院校由于知名度低且地理位置较偏等,使其在人才引进方面并不占据优势,缺少教学及科研能力较强的高素质人才严重制约了这类院校的发展。因此,文章在阐述地方高等院校引进高层次人才重要性的基础上,深入分析现阶段这些院校引进高层次人才所面临的主要困境,并基于实际情况提出相应的解决对策,以期能够为地方高等院校稳定现有教师队伍及制定科学合理的人才引进政策提供一定的理论参考。
High-level talent introduction is the colleges and universities to improve discipline influence and the overall level of important way,colleges and universities in the introduction of talent competition is increasingly fierce,and local colleges and universities due to low visibility and geographical location is not dominant in talent introduction,lack of teaching and scientific research ability of high-quality talents seriously restricted the development of such colleges and universities.Therefore,the article on the importance of the introduction of high-level talents,in-depth analysis of the main dilemma,and based on the actual situation,put forward the corresponding solutions to be able to stabilize for local colleges and universities existing teachers and formulate scientific and reasonable talent introduction policy to provide certain theoretical reference.
