人口老龄化背景下养老服务管理本科人才培养创新路径探索

Innovative Path Exploration of Cultivating Undergraduate Talents in Aging Service Management under the Background of Active Aging

目的:为探索养老服务管理本科人才培养创新路径提供借鉴和参考。方法:选取全国首个本科起点的养老服务与管理学院作为研究对象,运用典型案例研究的方法梳理其在养老服务管理本科人才培养过程中的举措和经验。结果:南京中医药大学养老服务与管理学院坚持需求导向,致力于培养“厚知识、融人文、懂服务、精管理”的复合型养老专业人才,搭建“一核心、两结合、三平台、四阶段、五轮驱动、六位整合”的人才培养体系,助力养老服务管理本科人才培养创新发展。结论:养老服务管理专业本科人才培养是积极应对人口老龄化国家战略的务实之举,需要在典型中总结经验,在实践中开拓创新。

Objective To provide reference and guidance for exploring innovative paths in cultivating undergraduate talents in aging service management.Methods The first undergraduate school of aging service and management from Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine was selected as the research object.Typical case study was used to summarize its measures and experiences in the process of cultivating undergraduate talents in aging services and management.Results Adhering to a demand orientation,this school is committed to cultivating composite professionals with rich knowledge,humanistic integration,understanding of services,and precise management,which has established a talent training system with"one core,two combinations,three platforms,four stages,five drivers,and six integration"to assist in the innovative development of undergraduate talent training in aging service management.Conclusion The cultivation of undergraduate talents in aging service management is a practical approach to actively respond to the national strategy of aging.It is necessary to summarize experiences from typical cases and explore innovation in practice.
