夏季住宅厨房空调优化实验研究

摘要 为改善夏季住宅厨房烹饪人员热舒适度,需对厨房空调进行优化。通过一系列实验评估了补风方式、补风温度、空调送风角度位置、送风口形式对厨房空调效果的影响。研究结果表明:补风温度越高,空调效果越差,当室外气温高于室内气温时,应选择门补风,在室外气温和室内气温接近时,窗补风表现更佳;空调在采用双风口送风时,人员腹部皮肤温度上升4.62~6.05℃,空调在采用长条风口送风时,人员腹部皮肤温度上升5.85~9.42℃,而相同条件下,无空调时人员腹部皮肤温度可上升11℃;在双风口送风且送风角度为60°时,空调效果最好,此时人员前方高度1.1 m处空气温度在30.43~33.15℃之间,预测热感觉投票TSV值在0.39~0.51之间,油烟机相对捕集效率达到96.51%。 To improve the thermal comfort cooking in residential kitchen in summer,it is necessary to optimize the kitchen air conditioning.This paper evaluates the effects of air supply method,air supply temperature,air supply angle position,and air supply outlet shape on kitchen air conditioning performance through a series of experiments.The results show that the higher the air supply temperature,the worse the air conditioning effect.When the outdoor temperature is higher than the indoor temperature,door-side make-up air should be selected.When the outdoor temperature is close to the indoor temperature,window-side make-up air performs better.The abdominal skin temperature of personnel increases by 4.62 to 6.05 ℃ when air conditioning is applied to double air outlets,and by 5.85 to 9.42 ℃ when air conditioning is applied to long air outlets.Under the same conditions,without air conditioning,the abdominal skin temperature of personnel can increase by 11 ℃.The air conditioning effect is best when the air supply angle is 60 ℃ with two air outlets.At this time,the air temperature at a height of 1.1 meters in front of the personnel is between 30.43 and 33.15 ℃,and the predicted Thermal Sensation Vote(TSV) is between 0.39 and 0.51.The relative capture efficiency of the range hood reaches 96.51%.
