摘要
某型设备外供电系统在供电保障过程中,常出现欠压报警的情况,导致无法正常供电,通过对现场情况进行分析、剖析故障原因,结合设备的工作原理定位故障点,最终成功排除了故障。在故障排除过程中,为实现该型设备外供电系统正常工作,针对传动系统故障、电路系统故障和电器部件故障进行分批次测试以校验故障原因,最终确认故障为外供电系统欠压。实际操作中,针对故障原因进行梳理并建立树状图,总结得出故障排除方法,并提出了相应的预防手段与措施,为保养该类设备外供电系统的安全、稳定运行提供了一定的借鉴。
In the process of power supply guarantee,undervoltage alarm often occurs in the external power supply system of a equipment,which leads to the failure of normal power supply.Through analyzing the field situation,analyzing the fault causes,and locating the fault point according to the working principle of the equipment,the fault is finally successfully eliminated.In the process of troubleshooting,in order to realize the normal operation of the external power supply system of the device,the transmission system fault,circuit system fault,and electrical component fault are tested in batches to verify the fault cause,and the fault is finally confirmed as the undervoltage of the external power supply system.In actual operation,the fault causes are sorted out and the tree diagram is established,the troubleshooting method is summarized,and the corresponding preventive measures are put forward,which provides a certain reference for ensuring the normal and stable operation of the external power supply system of the equipment.
