摘要
结合功放的主流合成架构,分析了影响功放合成效率的原理。针对宽带行波管功放研制过程中遇到的大功率条件下合成效率过低问题,提出了基于功率检测的相位优化合成方法,实现了大功率宽带行波管功放额定输出功率范围内末级合成效率从74%提升到91.6%。
Combined with the mainstream synthesis architecture of power amplifiers,the principles affecting the synthesis efficiency of power amplifiers are analyzed.In view of the problem of low synthesis efficiency under high power conditions encountered in the development of broadband TWT power amplifiers,a phase optimization synthesis technology based on power detection is proposed.The last stage synthesis efficiency of high power broadband TWT amplifiers has been improved from 74%to 91.6%within the rated output power range.
