摘要
TR组件作为有源相控阵雷达中的关键部件,正向着小型化、集成化方向发展。根据TR组件的工作原理和组成分析了其复杂的内外部电磁环境。针对TR组件内部和外部的电磁干扰问题,提供了不同的解决措施。列举了某次雷达系统方向图测试过程中TR组件LC环路谐振问题导致的系统异常工作情况,进行了有效的机理分析,并通过简单的补救措施巧妙地避开LC谐振频率,解决了TR组件的电磁兼容问题;对于雷达系统的TR组件电磁兼容设计具有一定的指导意义。
As a key component of active phased array radar,TR module is developing towards miniaturization and integration.The complex internal and external electromagnetic environment of TR module is analyzed according to its working principle and composition.For the electromagnetic interference problems inside and outside the TR module,different solutions are provided.An example of the abnormal working situation of the radar system caused by the LC loop resonance problem of the TR module in the process of the radar system directional diagram test is given,and an effective mechanism analysis is carried out.And through simple remedial measures,the LC resonance frequency is cleverly avoided,and the electromagnetic compatibility problem of the TR module is solved,which has certain guiding significance for the electromagnetic compatibility design of the TR module of the radar system.
