电子元器件供应链多元化工作研究

Research on the Diversification of Electronic Component Supply Chain

电子元器件是设备组成的最小单位和基础单元,其自主发展关系着经济安全和国防稳定。近年来,逆全球化浪潮愈演愈烈,以美国为首的西方国家针对中国半导体行业发起制裁,严重破坏全球电子元器件供应链的安全稳定,同时也警示我们加快推进电子元器件供应链多元化工作的迫切性。在此背景下,指出了我国电子元器件供应链存在的主要问题,提出了若干推进供应链多元化的工作建议,并简述了供应链多元化的相关工作实践,对于维护电子元器件供应链安全、加快实现供应链多元化具有理论和实践指引意义。

Electronic components are the smallest and fundamental unit of equipment composition,and their independent development is related to economic security and national defense stability.In recent years,the tide of anti globalization has intensified,and Western countries led by the United States have launched sanctions against China’s semiconductor industry,which seriously undermines the security and stability of the global electronic component supply chain.At the same time,it also warns us of the urgency to accelerate the diversification of electronic component supply chains.In this context,the main problems in China’s electronic component supply chain are pointed out,several work suggestions to promote supply chain diversification are proposed,and the relevant work practices of supply chain diversification are described briefly,which has theoretical and practical guiding significance for maintaining the security of electronic component supply chain and accelerating the realization of supply chain diversification.
