摘要
阐述了在中国制造2025背景下,通过深入了解产教融合和协同育人的主要内涵,深化校企融合,结合当地经济发展状况及资源优势,校企共育电气专业人才的探究与实践。详细介绍了校企合作、共建电气专业人才培养体系的实施过程及效果、产教融合进行教学资源建设的方法和过程,并面向产业需求,建立了以行业岗位为中心的课程体系,以企业为主导、以学生为主体的多维实践协同育人平台。
The exploration and practice of the co-education of electrical professionals by school and enterprise are expounded under the background of Made in China 2025 through in-depth understanding of the main connotation of the integration of production and education and collaborative education,deepening the integration of school and enterprise,and combining the local economic development and resource advantages.The implementation process and effectiveness of school enterprise cooperation to construct electrical professional talent training system,the method and process of integrating industry and education for teaching resource construction are introduced in detail.And facing the needs of the industry,it has established a course system centered on industry positions,and a multi-dimensional practice collaborative education platform led by enterprises and dominated by students.
