共生视角下经济发达地区初生型城中村更新策略探析——以深汕特别合作区赤石村为例

Exploration on the Renewal Strategy of Nascent Urban Villages in Economically Developed Areas from the Perspective of Symbiosis:A Case of Chishi Village in Shenzhen-Shantou Special Cooperation Zone

在新型城镇化与乡村振兴双轮驱动的背景下,许多发达地区城郊村呈现向城中村转变的态势,发展矛盾日益凸显。文章以深汕特别合作区赤石村为例,基于城村共生的理念,从人居环境共宜、配套设施共享、民生福祉共增、历史文化共扬、产业经济共兴五个方面,探讨如何在其初生阶段通过规划的介入与引导,保护和传承村庄历史文化,实现未来与城市和谐共生,同时为其他经济发达地区初生型城中村更新提供借鉴。

In the context of new urbanization and rural revitalization,many suburban villages in developed areas are showing a trend of being transformed into urban villages,and the development contradictions are increasingly prominent.Based on the concept of urban-village coexistence,this paper takes Chishi Village in Shenzhen-Shantou Cooperation Zone as an example to explore how to preserve and inherit the village's history and culture through the intervention and guidance of planning in its nascent stage,and to achieve a harmonious coexistence with the city in the future from the perspectives of sustainable living environment,shared supporting facilities,increased people's livelihood and welfare,historical and cultural protection and industrial economic prosperity.It also provides a reference for the renewal of nascent urban villages in other economically developed areas.
