社区营造视角下东门历史街区街巷空间更新策略研究

Study on Street Space Renewal Strategy of Dongmen Historic District from the Perspective of Community Building

回顾国内历史街区更新的发展历程,多以单一的商业开发模式对街区的街巷空间进行更新,而忽视了历史街区所承载的城市历史文化及街区居民生活的使用需求,也使得历史街区街巷空间的品质趋于同质化,失去原有特色。文章从社区营造的视角出发,对东门历史街区的街巷空间、历史文化、人际关系等进行分析,以人、文、地、景、产五个方面作为切入点,提出东门历史街区街巷空间的更新策略,以期为东门历史街区街巷空间的更新提供参考,同时为其他历史街区街巷空间的更新提供一些启示。

Looking back at the development process of domestic historic district renewal,the street space of the block is mostly updated by a single commercial development model,while ignoring the historical culture of the city carried by the historical district and the use needs of the residents of the block,leading to the homogeneous quality of the street space in the historic district and losing its original characteristics.From the perspective of community building,this paper analyzes the street space,history and culture,and interpersonal relationships of Dongmen Historic District,and takes the five aspects of people,culture,place,scenery and production as the starting point,and puts forward the strategies for the renewal of street space in Dongmen Historic District,in order to provide a reference for the renewal of street space in Dongmen Historic District,and to provide some enlightenment for the renewal of street space in other historic districts.
