韧性社区理念下北京老城平房社区的现状评价与策略探究——以景山街道吉祥社区为例

Exploration on the Current Situation Evaluation and Strategies of Bungalow Communities in Old Beijing under the Concept of Resilient Communities:A Case of Jixiang Community on Jingshan Street

文章对北京老城平房社区中的吉祥社区进行基础研究。通过层次分析法(AHP),构建韧性社区评价体系,从空间韧性、设施韧性及管理韧性三个角度进行韧性评价并提出优化策略。吉祥社区的韧性评价结果总体水平尚可,但是有部分因子表现不佳,针对表现不佳的因子进行分析并提出改造策略。以期本研究可以对未来类似社区项目的改造提供数据支持及方向借鉴。

This paper conducts a basic research on Jixiang Community in the bungalow communities in the old city of Beijing.Through the analytic hierarchy process(AHP),a resilient community evaluation system is constructed,and the resilience assessment and optimization strategy are proposed from three perspectives of spatial resilience,facility resilience and management resilience.The overall level of resilience evaluation results of Jixiang Community is quite good,but there are some factors that perform poorly,which are analyzed and then the corresponding transformation strategies are put forward.It is hoped that this paper can provide data support and direction for the transformation of the same community project in the future.
