大直径盾构隧道工程施工风险分析及施工措施

摘要 当前,我国正处于城市建设中的高速发展时期,随着房地产行业的迅速发展,城市基础配套设施建设,尤其是地铁隧道相关设施需求量迅速增大。国内外盾构隧道施工技术在近年来正在向大深度、大断面、长距离的方向发展。由于大直径盾构隧道工程具有大尺寸断面、复杂地质条件等特点,其施工技术要求和难度也大大提高。结合我国大直径盾构隧道施工现状,围绕其施工技术展开分析和探讨,总结大直径盾构施工过程中的重难点,并针对重难点提出施工措施,促进大直径盾构隧道工程相关领域的发展,为类似工程提供借鉴。 Nowadays,our country is in a rapid development period of urban construction.With the rapid development of the real estate industry,the construction of the urban infrastructure is increasing rapidly,especially the demand for related facilities of the subway tunnel.In recent years,the engineering technology of shield tunnel at home and abroad is developing towards the direction of large depth,large section and long distance.Due to the characteristics of large diameter shield tunnel engineering,such as large section and complex geological conditions,its construction technical requirements and difficulties are greatly improved.According to the current construction status of large diameter shield tunnel in our country,the paper analyzes and discusses its construction technology,summarizes the important and difficult points in the construction process of large diameter shield tunnel,and then proposes corresponding construction measures to promote the development of related fields of large diameter shield tunnel,and to provide a reference for similar projects.
