摘要
目的:探究多学科协作(multi disciplinary treatment, MDT)联合基于应用的教学方式(x-based learning)在口腔全科住院医师规范化培训教学中的应用效果。方法:将2021级和2022级入科的口腔全科住院医师规范化培训学员随机分成2组,对照组(xBL组)采用常规TBL(team-based learning)+CBL(case-based learning)+PBL(problem-based learning)教学模式,实验组(MDTxBL组)采用MDT联合常规TBL+CBL+PBL教学模式,持续时间1年。临床教学实验结束后,通过理论、技能考试、综合面试对两组学员进行测试,并完成满意度调查。结果:MDTxBL组理论成绩和综合面试成绩显著高于xBL组(P<0.05),而实践技能考试成绩无统计学差异。结论:MDT联合xBL教学模式促进了住培学员树立口腔全科诊疗观念,提升了学生的临床思辨能力,为口腔住培学员走向临床实践奠定了更坚实的基础,起到了良好的示范作用。
Objective:To explore the application effect of multi disciplinary treatment(MDT)combined with x-based learning in standardized resident training.Methods:Residents in general dentistry standardized training in the first and second year were selected as the research object.According to the parallel control method, they were randomly divided into two groups.The control group(xBL group)adopted the conventional TBL(team-based learning)+CBL(case-based learning)+PBL(problem-based learning)teaching method, and the experimental group(MDTxBL group)adopted the MDT combined with the conventional TBL+CBL+PBL teaching method for 1 year.At the end of the clinical teaching experiment, the students of the two groups were tested through the theory, skill examination and comprehensive interview, and the satisfaction survey was completed.Results:The theoretical scores and comprehensive interview scores of the MDTxBL group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05),while there was no statistical difference in practical skills test scores.Conclusion:MDT combined with xBL teaching mode promotes the students to establish the concept of oral general practice, improves the students' clinical thinking ability, lays a more solid foundation for the students to enter clinical practice, and plays a good demonstration role.
