摘要
胺基聚醚作为一种高效抑制剂,在钻井液中的应用越来越广,但对于胺基聚醚的理化性能研究较少,尤其是缺乏对抑制性起到关键作用的胺基含量的测定。本文在建立总胺值测定方法基础上,研究胺基聚醚中伯胺含量的测定方法。通过实验分析验证了亚硝酸钠滴定法、范斯莱克集气法、水杨醛法测定胺基聚醚伯胺含量的可行性,重点研究了水杨醛法,考察了煮沸过程及待测样品中含水量对测定结果的影响,并从水杨醛加量、养护时间、养护温度等方面对水杨醛法测定胺基聚醚伯胺含量进行了优化,构建了钻井液用胺基聚醚伯胺含量测定方法,并对不同分子量、不同官能度的胺基聚醚伯胺含量进行测定,相对平均偏差均不超过1%。
As a kind of efficient inhibitor,amino polyether has been used more and more in drilling fluid.However,there are few researches on the physicochemical properties of amino polyethers,especially the deter⁃mination of the content of amino which plays a key role in inhibition.On the basis of establishing a method for the determination of total amino content,a method for the determination of primary amino content in amino polyether was studied.The feasibility of sodium nitrite titration,Van Slyke gas collecting method and salicylal⁃dehyde method for the determination of the content of amino polyether primary amino was verified by experi⁃mental analysis.The influence of the boiling process and the water content in the sample to be measured on the determination result was investigated.The salicylaldehyde method was optimized from the aspects of salicylal⁃dehyde dosage,curing time and curing temperature.A method for the determination of the content of primary amino in the drilling fluid was established,and the content of primary amino in the different molecular weight and different functional degree of the amino polyether was determined with the mean standard deviation less than 1%.
