摘要
随着我国城市轨道交通的迅猛发展,城市轨道站点地下空间与周边城市地下空间如何高效连通、协同发展,成为不容忽视的问题。文章通过分析研究地下空间连通的内涵和原则,归纳了城市轨道交通站点和周边地下空间的3种不同连通方式:通道连通、下沉广场连通、合一连通,并分析了各自的优缺点,最后通过具体案例剖析,阐述了不同连通方式如何运用,同时就我国相关现状问题提出解决建议。这些研究对今后推动我国城市轨道站点地下空间的合理开发利用具有重要意义。
With the rapid development of urban rail transit in China,how to efficiently connect the underground space of rail station and the underground space of surrounding cities for collaborative development has become a problem that cannot be ignored.By analyzing and studying the connotation and principles of underground space connectivity,this paper summarizes three different ways of underground space connectivity between urban rail transit stations and surrounding cities:channel communication,sinking square communication,integration communication,and the advantages and disadvantages of each are analyzed.Finally,through the concrete case analysis,the paper explains how to use different communication methods,and puts forward solutions to the relevant status problems in our country,which is of great significance to promote the rational development and utilization of underground space in urban rail stations in the future.
