钢-超高性能混凝土叠合箱梁桥吊装和滑移架设

摘要 文章针对在秦淮新河上架设钢-超高性能混凝土(UHPC)叠合箱梁桥的实践,分析了叠合箱梁预制厂与架设场地距离较远、运输困难,桥梁架设与航道通行互成干扰,箱梁焊接变形大、线形难以控制等问题。介绍了吊装加滑移架设桥梁的施工主要流程和施工步骤,总结了门式施工栈桥、确保航道通行,水路运输箱梁、快捷经济安全,分段吊装架设、箱梁滑移定位,三维空间渐变、调控桥梁线形,主梁体系变换、整体协调进行等具体工程措施,为该类桥梁的架设提供了有益的参考。 Based on the practice of erecting Steel-ultra High Performance Concrete(UHPC)composite box girder bridge over Qinhuai New River,this paper analyzes the problems such as the long distance between the prefabrication plant of the composite box girder and the erection site,the difficulty of transportation,and the mutual interference between the bridge erection and the waterway passage,the welding deformation of box girder is large,and the alignment is difficult to control.This paper introduces the main procedures and construction steps of the bridge erection by hoisting and sliding,sums up the portal type construction of the trestle bridge,the guarantee of the passage of the channel,the quick,economical and safe transportation of the box girder by water,the sectional hoisting and erection,the sliding and positioning of the box girder,and the three-dimensional space gradual change,and the regulation and control of the bridge alignment,the specific engineering measures such as the transformation of the main beam system and the overall coordination provide a useful reference for the erection of this kind of bridge.
