摘要
生物质荧光碳量子点具有高安全性、高稳定性及合成方便等优点,有着广阔的应用前景。本文使用高温反应釜、离心机等反应装置,将原料红薯皮制备成荧光碳量子点溶液,通过单因素和正交实验得出最佳合成条件为:在反应釜中添加0.1 g红薯皮粉末和20 mL去离子水并混合均匀,在温度为160℃下反应80 min。所得的荧光碳量子点溶液的荧光强度为最佳。希望我们的研究可以为以天然产物为原料制备荧光材料提供参考。
Biomass fluorescent carbon quantum dots had advantages such as high safety,high stability,and convenient synthesis,and had broad applications.This article used high-temperature reaction vessels,centrifuges,and other reaction devices to prepare fluorescent carbon quantum dot solutions from raw sweet potato peel.Through single factor and orthogonal experiments,the optimal synthesis conditions were as follows:0.1 g sweet potato peel powder and 20 mL deionized water were added to the reaction vessel and mixed evenly,and the reaction was carried out for 80 min at a temperature of 160℃.The fluorescence intensity of the obtained fluorescent carbon quantum dot solution was the best.We hope that our research can provide reference for the preparation of fluorescent materials using natural products as raw materials.
