便携式拉曼光谱法快速检测二羟丙茶碱注射液

摘要 建立便携式拉曼光谱技术快速检测二羟丙茶碱注射液的方法。运用拉曼光谱技术对二羟丙茶碱注射液进行快速鉴别与含量测定,并与紫外分光光度法进行比较。二羟丙茶碱质量浓度在5~20 mg·mL^(-1)范围内与1337 cm^(-1)峰位的峰面积呈良好线性关系(r=0.9995),平均加样回收率为98.5%,RSD为1.3%,2个批次样品二羟丙茶碱含量测定结果分别为标示量的98.5%和100.2%,测定结果与紫外分光光度法测定的结果无显著性差异。本方法快捷、简便,可用于二羟丙茶碱注射液的快速检测。 To established a method for the rapid determination of Diprophylline Injection by Portable Raman Spectroscopy.Portable Raman Spectroscopy was used as the method of identification and determination of the diprophyllineinjection and compared with that determined by an ultraviolet spectrophotometry method.The calibration curve was linear over the range of 5~20 mg·mL^(-1) with peak area at 1337 cm^(-1)(r=0.9995),The average recoveries were 98.5%,with RSD of 1.3%,Contents of diprophylline in 2 batches of samples were 98.5%and 100.2%of the labeled value,There was no significant difference between the determination results and the results with ultraviolet spectrophotometry method.The method is convenient and rapid,which can be used for the rapid identification and determination of diprophylline injection.
