摘要
建立检测面膜中非法添加6种糖皮质激素的HPLC法。采用Boston Green ODS(4.6×250 mm, 5μm)色谱柱,流动相为0.1%乙酸溶液-乙腈梯度洗脱,流速为1.0 mL/min,检测波长为240 nm,柱温为25℃,进样量为10μL。研究表明6种糖皮质激素在各自浓度范围内线性关系良好,相关系数均大于0.9995,平均回收率为86.0%~108.8%。市售随机采样29批次,均未检出6种糖皮质激素成分。该方法简便、快速、准确,可用于面膜中非法添加6种糖皮质激素的检测。
HPLC method was developed for the determination of six glucocorticoids illegally added into masks.A Boston Green ODS(4.6×250 mm,5μm)column was used for the separation,with 0.1%acetic acid solution-acetonitrile as the mobile at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min.The detection wavelength was set at 240 nm.The temperature of the chromatographic column was set to 25℃.The injection volume was 10μL.All the six glucocorticoids showed a good linear relationship in their respective concentration ranges,and the correlation coefficients(r)were no less than 0.9995.The average recoveries of six prohibited substances in masks ranged from 86.0%to 108.8%.By using this method,the illegal addition of six glucocorticoids were not detected in the tested masks.The method was simple,precise,accurate and reproducible,and applicable for the determination of six glucocorticoids in masks.
