摘要
本文研究建立了电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测定钼铝中间合金中铁、硅含量的分析方法。通过对溶样酸选择、谱线选择及检出限确定、基体干扰、加标回收和精密度等实验条件的考察,确定了方法在样品含量0.010%~0.50%时准确度较高。解决了以往分光光度法测定时操作复杂、费时费力的问题,为大规模生产的质量控制提供了有效的技术和效率支持,对以后相似合金铁、硅含量的测定提供参考。
A Inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectroscopy method for the determination of iron and silicon in molybdenum-aluminum master alloys has been developed.The analytical range of the method was 0.010%~0.50%by investigating the experimental conditions such as the choice of sample acid,matrix interference,recovery and precision.It has solved the problems of complex operation and time-consuming in spectrophotometer measurement,and provided effective technical and efficiency support for quality control in large-scale production,it can be used as a reference for the determination of Fe and Si in similar alloys.
