浅谈苯乙烯装置特殊材质对工艺运行的影响

摘要 某厂26万吨/年苯乙烯项目建设期间,运用了合金800系列、304H、钛材、A333低温钢等特殊材质,项目施工约24个月左右完成,试生产阶段进行一系列的前期准备工作,并一次性开车成功。苯乙烯装置转生产运行期间对以上特殊材质严密监控及运行记录,对于苯乙烯装置长周期稳定生产至关重要,结合工艺运行的负荷调整重点关注,需要对这些特殊材质运用在苯乙烯装置的具体位置清楚,管理人员针对特殊材质相关参数进行集中培训,各班组按照巡检路线日常巡检记录,确保苯乙烯装置稳定运行。 During the construction of a 260000 tons/year styrene project in a factory,special materials such as alloy 800 series,304H,titanium,A333 low-temperature steel were used,and the project construction was completed in about 24 months,and a series of preliminary preparatory work was carried out in the trial production stage,and a one-time successful drive.Strict monitoring and operation records of the above special materials during the conversion of the styrene plant to production were crucial for the long-term stable production of the styrene plant.Combined with the load adjustment of the process operation,it was necessary to be clear about the specific location of these special materials used in the styrene plant,and the management personnel should conduct centralized training on the relevant parameters of the special materials.Each team shall make daily inspection records according to the inspection route to ensure the stable operation of the styrene device.
