石墨烯废水资源化利用系统的稳态模拟与应用

摘要 建立了石墨烯废水资源化利用模拟系统,分析了效数、进料方式、操作条件对投资和运行费用的影响,优化了装置参数,采用逆流进料,预热温度为78℃的四效蒸发浓缩装置适用于石墨烯废水资源化利用的处置过程。将系统参数应用于废水处理工程的建设,该稳态模拟系统适用于石墨烯废水资源化利用装置的建设和日常运行指导,对该类装置的建设和运行提供了参考经验。 The simulation system of resource utilization system in the graphene wastewater were established,The investment and operating costs for different quantities,feeding methods,operating conditions were analysed,the installation parameters were optimized,four-effect evaporation concentration plant with the countercurrent feeding and preheating temperature 78℃were applied to disposal process of resource utilization in the graphene wastewater.Applying the system parameters to the construction of wastewater treatment projects,this steady-state simulation system was suitable for construction and daily operation of resource utilization in the graphene wastewater,it provides reference experience for the construction and operation of resource utilization in the graphene wastewater.
