探究不同提取方式对果蔬中VC影响的实验教学设计

摘要 以培养学生学习如何建立定量分析方法为教学目标,指导学生使用HPLC建立VC含量测定方法,继而引导学生探究不同提取方式对果蔬中VC影响的综合性创新实验。通过综合性实验教学培养学生使用HPLC进行定量分析的技能,以生活中常见的果蔬为切入点,探究不同提取方式对测定结果的影响,将理论知识落到实际生活中,激发学生们的科研探究欲,提高学生的主观能动性,多维度、全方面培养学生的动手能力、解决问题的整体把控能力和科研创新能力。 To train students to learn how to establish a quantitative analysis method as the experimental teaching goal,guide students to use HPLC to establish a method for the determination of VC content,and then guide students to explore the comprehensive innovation experiment of the influence of different extraction methods on VC in fruits and vegetables.Through comprehensive experimental teaching,students were trained to use HPLC for quantitative analysis skills.Common fruits and vegetables in daily life were taken as the starting point to explore the influence of different extraction methods on the determination results,and theoretical knowledge was applied to practical life to stimulate students'desire for scientific research and improve their subjective initiative.Cultivate students'practical ability,overall control ability to solve problems and scientific research and innovation ability in multiple dimensions and in all aspects.
