摘要
二维核磁共振谱(two dimensional NMR spectoscopy, 2D-NMR)是近代核磁共振技术发展最快的领域之一,方便了科研工作者鉴定复杂有机化合物的结构。本文以化合物Scabrol B为例,介绍MestReNova软件在《波谱解析》课程中2D-NMR谱图讲解时的使用方法。通过软件的介入,在教学过程中使复杂的2D-NMR谱图变得直观、易懂,易于培养学生分析、解决问题的能力。引入MestReNova软件的教学方式提供了一种理论结合实际应用的知行合一教学模式,加深了学生对知识点的理解和掌握,提升了《波谱解析》教学质量。
2D-NMR spectroscopy was one of the fastest growing areas of NMR technology in recent times,which has greatly assisted researchers in identifying the structures of complex organic compounds.In this paper,using the compound Scabrol B((R)-(7-hydroxy-4-(hydroxymethyl)-6-oxo-6,7-dihydrocycl-openta[c]pyran-7-yl)methyl-3-methylbutanoate)as an example,we present the use of the MestReNova software in the presentation of 2D-NMR spectra in the course“Wave Spectrum Analysis”.A way was provided to combine theoretical knowledge with practical applications,which deepened students'understanding and mastery of knowledge points,and thus improved the quality of teaching spectrum analysis.
