摘要
目的探讨D-二聚体(D-D)、超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)与同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)对急性脑梗死严重程度的评估作用。方法选取2018年1月-2019年12月我院收治的急性脑梗死患者100例为研究组,同时选取同期健康体检人员100例为对照组,并将研究组按照神经功能缺损程度分为重度21例;中度68例;轻度11例;同时将研究组按照临床分型分为进展型74例,完全型26例,对比D-D、hs-CRP与Hcy在两组研究对象当中的数值以及在不同严重程度中的水平。结果研究组患者的D-D(2551.22±2.44)μg/L、hs-CRP(25.70±1.31)mg/L、Hcy(16.82±1.43)μmol/L,均显著高于对照组(154.31±2.25)μg/L、(1.81±0.42)mg/L、(9.54±1.40)μmol/L(P<0.05);对比不同严重程度的研究组患者,重度脑梗死D-D(5431.41±922.28)μg/L、hs-CRP(55.20±13.19)mg/L、Hcy(29.33±5.52)μmol/L,中度脑梗死(1619.11±366.45)μg/L、(26.21±6.56)mg/L、(24.50±4.74)μmol/L,轻度脑梗死(733.90±123.52)μg/L、(12.12±3.43)mg/L、(15.25±2.46)μmol/L,重度>中度>轻度,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);对比不同脑梗死类型的患者,完全型脑梗死患者D-D(636.73±3.22)μg/L、hs-CRP(11.30±1.22)mg/L、Hcy(17.81±2.43)μmol/L,显著高于进展型脑梗死患者(504.51±3.40)μg/L、(7.31±1.12)mg/L、(14.54±2.55)μmol/L(P<0.05)。结论急性脑梗死患者的D-D、hs-CRP与Hcy显著高于健康人群,同时与疾病的严重程度有着紧密的联系,监测患者的D-D、hs-CRP与Hcy对了解疾病的发展和预后有着重要的指导作用。
Objective To investigate the evaluation effect of D-dimer(D-D),high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)and homocystein(Hcy)on the severity of acute cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 100 patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the study group,and 100 healthy physical examiners during the same period were selected as the control group,and the study group was divided into 21 severe cases according to the degree of neurological impairment 68 cases were moderate;11 cases were mild;at the same time,the study group was divided into 74 cases of progressive type and 26 cases of complete type according to the clinical classification.Compare the values of DD,hs-CRP and Hcy in the two groups of subjects and The level of varying severity.Results The DD(2551.22±2.44)μg/L,hs-CRP(25.70±1.31)mg/L and Hcy(16.82±1.43)μmol/L of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group(154.31±2.25)μg/L L,(1.81±0.42)mg/L,(9.54±1.40)μmol/L(P<0.05);comparing the study group of patients with different severity,severe cerebral infarction DD(5431.41±922.28)μg/L,hs-CRP(55.20±13.19)mg/L,Hcy(29.33±5.52)μmol/L,moderate cerebral infarction(1619.11±366.45)μg/L,(26.21±6.56)mg/L,(24.50±4.74)μmol/L,Mild cerebral infarction(733.90±123.52)μg/L,(12.12±3.43)mg/L,(15.25±2.46)μmol/L,severe>moderate>mild,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);Comparing patients with different types of cerebral infarction,patients with complete cerebral infarction DD(636.73±3.22)μg/L,hs-CRP(11.30±1.22)mg/L,Hcy(17.81±2.43)μmol/L,which are significantly higher than progression In patients with type cerebral infarction(504.51±3.40)μg/L,(7.31±1.12)mg/L,(14.54±2.55)μmol/L(P<0.05).Conclusion The DD,hs-CRP and Hcy of patients with acute cerebral infarction are significantly higher than those of healthy people,and they are closely related to the severity of the disease.Monitoring the patients'DD,hs-CRP and Hcy is important for understanding the development and prognosis of the disease Guiding role.
