益肾灌肠方保留灌肠结合微信延续护理干预对糖尿病肾病的疗效观察

Effect of Yishen Enema Prescription Retention Enema Combined with WeChat Continuous Nursing Intervention on Diabetes Nephropathy

目的探讨糖尿病肾病(DKD)应用益肾灌肠方保留灌肠结合微信延续护理干预的效果。方法采用随机数字表法将2020年1月至2022年10月本院收治的90例DKD患者分为三组,每组各30例。对照组1组采用厄贝沙坦+微信延续护理干预,对照2组仅采用厄贝沙坦干预,实验组采用益肾灌肠方保留灌肠+微信延续护理干预,均干预4周。对比三组临床疗效、血糖水平、尿微量白蛋白(mALB)、血清肌酐清除率(Ccr)、中医证候积分及生活质量。结果实验组临床总有效率高于对照1组和对照2组,干预后空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2h血糖(2hPG)、尿mALB水平及中医证候积分低于对照组1组和对照2组,血清Ccr及生活质量评分高于对照组1组和对照2组(P<0.05)。结论DKD患者应用益肾灌肠方保留灌肠结合微信延续护理干预可控制血糖水平,延缓肾功能恶化,缓解临床症状,提升患者生活质量。

Objective To explore the effect of retention enema with Yishen enema combined with WeChat continuous nursing intervention on diabetes nephropathy(DKD).Method A random number table method was used to divide 90 DKD patients admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to October 2022 into three groups,with 30 patients in each group.Control group 1 received Irbesartan+WeChat extended care intervention,control group 2 only received Irbesartan intervention,and experimental group received Yishen enema formula retention enema+WeChat extended care intervention,both of which were intervened for 4 weeks.Compare the clinical efficacy,blood glucose levels,urinary microalbumin(mALB),serum creatinine clearance rate(Ccr),traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,and quality of life among three groups.Result The total clinical effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group 1 and control group 2.After intervention,fasting blood glucose(FPG),2-hour postprandial blood glucose(2hPG),urine mALB level,and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score were lower than those of the control group 1 and control group 2.Serum Ccr and quality of life scores were higher than those of the control group 1 and control group 2(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Yishen enema formula combined with WeChat continuous nursing intervention can control blood glucose levels,delay renal function deterioration,alleviate clinical symptoms,and improve the quality of life of DKD patients.
