“三融合两控制”理念在工业项目海绵城市设计中的应用

摘要 海绵城市技术有助于降低工业项目污染物排放和提高水资源利用率,同时也可以改善环境质量。该文提出了“三融合两控制”设计理念,即通过将海绵城市与给排水、园林景观和环保设施充分融合,达到最佳的径流控制效果;通过控制海绵城市设计指标与高造价LID设施的使用,可有效降低海绵城市工程的增量成本。然后以某工业厂房项目的海绵城市设计方案与工程实践为例,阐述了该理念在工业厂房项目设计中应用方法,以期为新建工业厂房项目合理应用海绵城市技术提供参考。 Sponge city technology contributes to reducing pollutant emissions from industrial projects,enhancing water resource utilization efficiency,and simultaneously improving environmental quality.This paper proposes the design concept of"Three Integrations and Two Controls,"which integrates sponge city technology seamlessly with water supply and drainage,landscaping,and environmental protection facilities to achieve optimal runoff control.By controlling the design indicators of sponge cities and the utilization of high-cost LID(Low Impact Development)facilities,the incremental cost of sponge city projects can be effectively reduced.Taking the sponge city design scheme and engineering practice of an industrial plant project as an example,this paper elucidates the application methods of this concept in the design of industrial plant projects,aiming to provide a reference for the rational application of sponge city technology in newly constructed industrial plant projects.
