摘要 将BIM技术应用于装配式机电安装可实现设计精细化、构件标准化、安装专业化,提高施工效率,降低环境污染。该文以四川德阳某购物广场为例,介绍基于BIM技术的装配式制冷机房机电安装深化设计,重点分析了装配式制冷机房深化设计主要流程和装配式制冷机房深化设计质量要点,可供相关工程项目参考。 The application of BIM technology in prefabricated electromechanical installation can achieve refined design,standardized components,professional installation,improved construction efficiency,and reduced environmental pollution.Taking a shopping mall in Deyang,Sichuan as an example,this paper introduces the detailed design of electromechanical installation for prefabricated refrigeration plant rooms based on BIM technology.It focuses on analyzing the main processes and key quality points of the detailed design for prefabricated refrigeration plant rooms,providing valuable references for related engineering projects.
