The essential particularities of rural collective economic organization are not their characteristics or particularities in a broad sense,but their stable and unique identifying features.Their essential particularities can be summarized into four progressively expanding aspects:bearing the collective land ownership functionally,assuming partial governmental functions in roles,having the legal and inherent nature in property and membership,and transforming the rural collective economic organizations into special legal persons in the establishment.These essential particularities constitute the underlying logic throughout the legislation,serve as the theoretical basis for consensus formation in legislation,and act as decisive factors in a series of characteristics and specific system design of rural collective economic organizations.
