基于Firstbeat系统提升空中技巧运动员运动表现的实证研究

An Empirical Study on Enhancing the Performance of Aerial Skills Athletes Based on Firstbeat System

摘要 该文旨在准确量化运动员个体的训练负荷以及及时消除中枢疲劳在运动表现监控中具有重要意义,从生化指标、无创Firstbeat系统量化监控空中技巧运动员训练量、疲劳恢复指数等角度进行分析,为提升运动员运动表现提出策略。该文研究对象为7名国家队空中技巧运动员,生物学监控指标包含BU、HB、CK、T/C,以Firstbeat系统进行恢复指数监控。得出研究结果:第一,Firstbeat系统结果显示,在每个训练周期的末期,运动员疲劳积累,运动表现下降;在每个训练周期早期,运动员恢复指数提升,运动表现提升。第二,生物学指标监控发现,在训练的某个阶段,个别运动员出现指标异常,这是不适应训练负荷的表现,但经过训练方案优化,运动员机能逐渐适应制定的运动负荷,运动表现提升。因此运动表现的提升是刺激、应激、疲劳、恢复、超量恢复的周期循环,生物学指标和中枢疲劳恢复监控能够分析优化训练、恢复和运动表现。 This article aims to accurately quantify the training load of individual athletes and timely eliminate central fatigue,which is of great significance in sports performance monitoring.From the perspectives of biochemical indicators,non-invasive Firstbeat system quantitative monitoring of aerial skill athlete training volume,fatigue recovery index,etc.,this article analyzes and proposes strategies to improve athlete sports performance.The research subject of this article is 7 national team air skills athletes,with biological monitoring indicators including BU HB、CK、T/C,Monitor the recovery index using the Firstbeat system.The research results are as follows:Firstly,The results of the Firstbeat system show that at the end of each training cycle,athletes accumulate fatigue and their performance decreases;In the early stages of each training cycle,the athlete's recovery index improves and their athletic performance improves.Secondly,biological indicator monitoring has found that at a certain stage of training,some athletes exhibit abnormal indicators,which is a sign of not adapting to the training load.However,after optimizing the training plan,the athletes gradually adapt to the set exercise load and their performance improves.Therefore,the improvement of exercise performance is a cycle of stimulation,stress,fatigue,recovery,and excessive recovery.Biological indicators and central fatigue recovery monitoring can analyze and optimize training,recovery,and exercise performance.
