摘要
冰雪领域的游戏化教学模式,作为一种翻新式的教学策略,近年来引起了广泛的关注,该文聚焦于将冰雪元素融入高中生的坐位体前屈训练中,观察这种游戏化教学法对他们成绩的具体影响,同时深入剖析其效果的显著性及背后的作用机理。针对在校的高年级学生群体,依据其年龄特征和身体素质的不同,进行科学的选拔与划分,组成不同的小组,在实验阶段,我们细致规划了教学纲要和各项活动计划,同时备齐了所需的教学工具和场地资源,研究成果表明,那些在冰雪项目中通过游戏化学习的学生,坐位体前屈的测试成绩取得了明显的进步。
The gamified teaching mode in the field of ice and snow,as a refurbished teaching strategy,has attracted widespread attention in recent years.This article focuses on integrating ice and snow elements into the sitting forward bending training of high school students,observing the specific impact of this gamified teaching method on their grades,and deeply analyzing the significance of its effect and the underlying mechanism.For the group of senior students in school,scientific selection and division were carried out based on their age characteristics and physical fitness,forming different groups.In the experimental stage,we carefully planned the teaching outline and various activity plans,and prepared the necessary teaching tools and venue resources.The research results showed that students who achieved gamified learning in ice and snow projects made significant progress in sitting forward bending test scores.
