民族地区师范院校公体健美操开展现状及对策研究——以阿坝师范学院为例

Research on the Current Situation and Countermeasures of Public Aerobics in Normal Colleges in Ethnic Regions——Taking Aba Normal University as an Example

阿坝师范学院位于阿坝藏族羌族自治州,民族风情浓厚,学生们能歌善舞,加上公体健美操的开展,给学生提供了学习健美操的机会,且深受学生喜爱。随着健美操蓬勃发展,公体健美操的重要性日益显现,然而民族地区对于公体健美操研究较少,基于这一状况,该文以阿坝师范学院公体健美操开展现状为研究对象,在搜索整理相关文献后,运用调查问卷、实地考察等方法对阿坝师范学院公体健美操教师队伍、学生动机、室内操舞馆配比等进行调查分析,意图达到促进阿坝师范学院公体健美操高质量发展。经过调查分析之后,该文得出该校公体健美操开展质量较好,但仍存在部分问题,基于此文给出针对性的策略和建议,为民族地区师范院校公体健美操开展提供一定意义的参考。

Aba Normal University is located in Aba Tibetan and Qiang Autonomous Prefecture,with a strong ethnic flavor.Students are good at singing and dancing,and the development of public aerobics provides students with the opportunity to learn aerobics,which is deeply loved by students.With the booming development of aerobics,the importance of public sports aerobics is becoming increasingly apparent.However,there is relatively little research on public sports aerobics in ethnic regions.Based on this situation,this article takes the current situation of public sports aerobics in Aba Normal University as the research object.After searching and organizing relevant literature,the article uses methods such as survey questionnaires and field investigations to investigate and analyze the teacher team,student motivation,and indoor dance hall ratio of public sports aerobics in Aba Normal University,aiming to promote the high-quality development of public sports aerobics in Aba Normal University.After investigation and analysis,the article concludes that the quality of public sports aerobics in the school is good,but there are still some problems.Based on this article,targeted strategies and suggestions are provided,providing a certain reference for the development of public sports aerobics in normal colleges in ethnic regions.
