依托成渝双城经济圈培养幼儿体育人才的路径研究——以川渝地区为例

Research on the Path of Cultivating Preschool Sports Talents Based on the Chengdu Chongqing Dual City Economic Circle——Taking the Sichuan Chongqing region as an example

体育是幼儿园教育中不可或缺的一环,对于幼儿的全面发展有着十分重要的作用,该文通过文献资料法、逻辑分析法、专家访谈法对川渝地区幼儿体育人才进行了研究。研究中发现发展优势有4个方面,但也存在问题:理念不清晰,传统守旧;目标不准确,缺少体育素养;内容设置不合理、困难、守旧;缺乏系统的评价体系,以评促改没发挥作用。最后提出通过“学前”“体教”融合的育人理念,坚持幼儿基本运动技能发展理论,完善课程设计方案,打造学习平台、创新实习模式,重视职业培训5个途径来培养幼儿体育人才。

Physical education is an indispensable part of kindergarten education and plays a very important role in the comprehensive development of young children.This article conducts a study on young children's physical education talents in the Sichuan Chongqing region through literature review,logical analysis,and expert interviews.In the study,it was found that there are four aspects of development advantages,but there are also problems:unclear concepts and conservative traditions;Inaccurate goals and lack of sports literacy;Unreasonable,difficult,and conservative content setting;Lack of a systematic evaluation system,using evaluation to promote reform has not been effective.Finally,the educational concept of integrating"preschool"and"physical education"is proposed,adhering to the development theory of basic motor skills for young children,improving curriculum design plans,creating learning platforms,innovating internship models,and emphasizing vocational training to cultivate young children's sports talents.
