振兴“三大球”视域下喀什市初中生课余篮球训练开展现状与对策研究

Research on the Current Situation and Countermeasures of Extracurricular Basketball Training for Middle School Students in Kashgar City from the Perspective of Revitalizing the"Three Major Balls"

初中篮球人才培养事关中国篮球事业高质量发展,是振兴“三大球”发展的有力抓手,更是体育强国建设的根基所在。运用文献资料法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法和数理统计法,从喀什市初中生课余篮球训练基本情况分析、认知情况、训练时间、训练教练员,共计4个维度对喀什市初中生课余篮球训练开展现状进行调查分析,并依据现实问题提出优化路径。研究表明:喀什市初中生课余篮球训练学生性别以男生为主,学员多集中在初一和初二年级,初三年级较少;喀什市初中生喜爱课余篮球训练,参与积极性高,训练动机主要以兴趣爱好和强化技能为主;喀什市初中生课余篮球训练教练员男女比例失衡;在教学实践工作中缺乏学校支持,工作压力大。

The cultivation of junior high school basketball talents is related to the high-quality development of China's basketball industry,is a powerful lever for revitalizing the development of the"three major balls",and is also the foundation of building a strong sports country.Using the methods of literature review,expert interviews,questionnaire surveys,and mathematical statistics,this study investigates and analyzes the current situation of extracurricular basketball training for middle school students in Kashgar from four dimensions:basic situation analysis,cognitive situation,training time,and training coaches.Based on practical problems,optimization paths are proposed.Research has shown that in the extracurricular basketball training for middle school students in Kashgar,male students are the main gender group,with students mostly con centrated in the first and second grades of junior high school,and fewer in the third grade;Middle school students in Kashgar enjoy extracurricular basketball training and have a high enthusiasm for participation.The training motivation is mainly based on interests and skills enhancement;The imbalance in the gender ratio of extracurricular basketball training coaches for middle school students in Kashgar City;Lack of school support and high work pressure in teaching practice.
