俄罗斯热堆-快堆二元循环体系技术路线分析

摘要 俄罗斯一直将核燃料闭式循环作为核能发展的基本国策,长期以快堆闭式循环为远景目标,近中期基于本国工程现实和技术发展状态,以VVER系列热堆和BN钠冷系列快堆二元闭式循环为现实目标。通过热堆-快堆二元闭式循环体系,用VVER热堆经济性中和BN快堆高发电成本,又通过快堆高增殖比弥补热堆钚的降级,以实现体系中钚材料自持、经济性优化和废物最小化管理。文章对俄罗斯向热堆-快堆二元循环体系过渡的验证条件、拟采取的技术路线、现状和趋势进行详细梳理分析,厘清俄罗斯热堆-快堆二元循环体系的技术攻关重点及发展路径,为我国构建热堆-快堆二元循环体系提供参考。
