论习近平文化思想的理论体系

A Study of the Theoretical System of Xi Jinping Thought on Culture

习近平文化思想是一个内涵丰富、逻辑严密、体系严整的理论体系,对这一思想理论进行“体系化研究”,要揭示其形成的生成逻辑、内涵的理论逻辑、对文化发展指导作用的实践逻辑;对这一思想进行“学理化阐释”,要在概念构成的理论之网上,注重对核心概念、基本概念、重要概念的内涵和外延展开叙事。在生成逻辑上,习近平文化思想是继承“魂脉”、赓续“根脉”、纵贯古今、融通中外文化的基础上产生的;在理论内容上,习近平文化思想由文化领导权论、文化地位论、文化使命论、文化主体论、文化道路论、文化领域论、文化动力论和文化方法论等构成;在理论特征上,习近平文化思想具有政治性、人民性、民族性、时代性、系统性和实践性等鲜明特征。在实践要求上,要以习近平文化思想统领新时代文化建设,肩负新的文化使命,在学用贯通上推动“两个结合”,铸牢中国式现代化文化根基,加强学理化体系化研究,构建中国话语和叙事体系等方面着力。

Xi Jinping Thought on Culture is a theory with rich connotations,a rigorous logic and complete system.For a systematic research on this thought,it is necessary to reveal its generative process,theoretical connotations and culture-related guiding role logically.In order to explain this thought academically,we should focus on theoretically expounding the connotations and the denotative meaning of the core concept as well as the basic and significant concepts.From the perspective of generative logic,this thought inherits the fine spiritual and cultural sources throughout history both domestically and internationally,and from the theoretical perspective,this thought is composed of the elements of the theories of cultural leadership,cultural status,cultural mission,cultural subjectivity,cultural road,cultural sphere,cultural impetus and cultural methodology.In terms of theoretical characteristics,this thought reveals the political,people-centered,ethnic,epochal,systematic and practical features.In terms of implementation,we should follow this thought as the guideline for our cultural construction in the new era,bear the new cultural missions,promote the“two combinations”through learning and implementation,enhance the cultural foundation of Chinese-style modernization,improve the academic and systematic research and construct a system of discourse and narrative with Chinese characteristics.
