我国金融监管体制优化路径研究

完善的金融监管体制是建设金融强国的核心金融要素,是我国现代金融体系的重要组成部分,也是我国金融业高质量发展的基石。我国金融监管体制的发展大体经历了三个阶段,目前基本已形成与我国金融业发展相适应的具有中国特色的金融监管体制。然而,面对快速发展的金融业和近几年出现的重大金融风险,我国监管体制仍存在对金融业务和产品监管不到位、职责划分不明晰、金融监管技术手段滞后、对非法金融活动打击力度不大等问题。对此,需要总结和借鉴国内外的经验教训,不断优化和完善金融监管体制的组织结构,提升金融监管科技水平,提高风险防控能力,以金融业高质量发展助力强国建设和民族复兴伟业。

A perfect financial supervision system is the core financial element of building a financial power,an important part of China's modern financial system,and also the cornerstone of the high-quality development of China's financial industry.The development of China's financial supervision system has generally gone through three stages.At present,it has basically formed a financial supervision system with Chinese characteristics that is compatible with the development of China's financial industry.However,in the face of the rapid development of the financial industry and the major financial risks emerging in recent years,there are still some problems,such as inadequate supervision of financial businesses and products,unclear division of responsibilities,lagging financial supervision technology,and weak crackdown on illegal financial activities.In this regard,it is necessary to summarize and draw lessons from the experience at home and abroad,constantly optimize and improve the organizational structure of the financial regulatory system,improve the technological level of financial supervision,improve the ability of risk prevention and control technology,and promote the construction of a strong country and national rejuvenation with the high-quality development of the financial industry.
