摘要
为研究提高环氧沥青的韧性,向环氧树脂分子结构中引入聚氨酯弹性分子,以聚氨酯改性环氧树脂代替普通环氧树脂(EP)制备聚氨酯-环氧树脂(PU-EP)复合改性沥青。通过试验确定了制备聚氨酯改性环氧树脂时聚氨酯预聚体的最佳用量,对比测试了不同树脂含量的环氧沥青与PU-EP复合改性沥青的抗拉强度、断裂伸长率及高、低温流变性能,研究其对沥青的改性效果。试验结果表明,以聚氨酯改性环氧树脂代替普通环氧树脂制得的PU-EP复合改性沥青,具有比普通环氧沥青更加优异的高、低温流变性能,可有效提升混合料桥面铺装的服役性能。推荐使用树脂含量45%的PU-EP复合改性沥青作为胶结料。
In order to study and improve the toughness of epoxy asphalt,polyurethane elastic molecules are introduced into the molecular structure of epoxy resin,and the polyurethane-epoxy resin(PU-EP)composite modified asphalt is prepared by replacing ordinary epoxy resin(EP)with polyurethane modified epoxy resin.The optimal dosage of polyurethane prepolymer in the preparation of polyurethane modified epoxy resin is determined by the test,and the tensile strength,elongation at break and high and low temperature rheological properties of epoxy asphalt and PU-EP composite modified asphalt with different resin contents are compared and tested,and its modification effect on the asphalt is studied.The test results show that,the PU-EP composite modified asphalt prepared by replacing ordinary epoxy resin with polyurethane modified epoxy resin has better high and low temperature rheological properties than ordinary epoxy asphalt,which can effectively improve the service performance of mixed bridge deck pavement.It is recommended to use PU-EP composite modified asphalt with the resin content of 45%as the binder.
