知信行联合同伴支持在慢性精神分裂症患者中的应用效果

摘要 目的探讨知信行联合同伴支持在慢性精神分裂症患者中的应用效果。方法选取盐城市第四人民医院于2023年2月6日至2023年6月30日收治的120例慢性精神分裂症住院患者,采用国际随机字母法进行分组,分为观察组和对照组各60例。对于对照组患者实施常规护理,对于观察组患者则在对照组的基础上开展知信行联合同伴支持方式。观察两组患者干预前后的服药依从性、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)。结果对慢性精神分裂症患者实施知信行结合同伴支持后,结果显示,观察组患者服药依从性、PSQI评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将知信行联合同伴支持方式应用于慢性精神分裂症患者,能提高患者的服药性,改善其睡眠质量,值得在临床上进一步推广。 Objective To explore the application effect of a combined approach of knowledge,belief and behavior,along with peer support,in patients with chronic schizophrenia.Methods A total of 120 patients with chronic schizophrenia,who were admitted to Yancheng Fourth People s Hospital from February 6 to June 30,2023 were randomly assigned into two groups:an observation group and a control group(n=60 each)using an international random letter method.The patients of the control group received routine nursing care,while the ones of the observation group received knowledge,faith and practice combined peer support in addition to routine nursing care.Changes in medication compliance and the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)were assessed before and after the intervention in both groups.Results Following the implementation of the combined approach of knowledge,faith,and practice with peer support in patients with chronic schizophrenia,the results showed that the medication compliance,PSQI scores of the patients in the observation group were higher compared to the control group,P<0.05.Conclusions The application of knowledge,belief and behavior combined with peer support in patients has shown promising outcomes,leading to improve patients medication compliance,sleep quality and overall quality of life,these findings suggest that this approach warrants further promotion and implementation in clinical practice.
