人工智能赋能教育4.0:挑战、潜能与案例——《塑造未来学习:人工智能在教育4.0中的作用》的要点与思考

摘要 世界经济论坛将适应未来能力、技能、态度和价值观的教育称为教育4.0。教育4.0框架是面向未来需求转变学习内容和学习体验的全球框架。世界经济论坛2024年4月发布的《塑造未来学习:人工智能在教育4.0中的作用》报告,基于教育4.0框架,以未来教育模式和人才培养需求为导向,阐述了全球教育面临的师资短缺、教师行政负担重且教育评价效率低、数字技能和人工智能人才短缺等挑战,论述了人工智能技术可有效简化教育管理流程、提高教育评价效能、培养学生数字素养和人工智能素养、实现学生个性化学习等潜能,并结合具体案例分析了人工智能对传统教育模式的颠覆和重塑及其应用于教育的风险与应对措施。我国应优化多元主体与智能技术的协同实践,重塑未来学习生态和新质人才培养模式;构建并完善人工智能教育数字治理体系,推动数智化时代新质教育可持续发展;完善人工智能算法智能评测教育体系,夯实人工智能赋能教育4.0的数字底座;提升师生数字素养和人工智能素养,加快建构教育4.0时代的新质教育新体系;秉持以融创教育为核心的教育设计理念,推动人工智能教育与新质教育融通。 The World Economic Forum refers to education that adapts to future competencies,skills,attitudes and values as Education 4.0.This global framework outlines the key changes required and eight core areas of high-quality learning:Global citizenship skills,innovation and creativity skills,technical skills,people skills,personalized and self-directed learning,accessible and inclusive learning,problem-based and collaborative learning,lifelong learning and student-driven learning.Based on the Education 4.0 framework,the World Economic Forum's report clearly identified three major challenges globally:Severe shortage of teachers,heavy administrative burden of teachers and the low efficiency of education evaluation,and shortage of digital skills and artificial intelligence talents.This paper discusses the four potentials of artificial intelligence technology:To simplify the educational management process,improve the efficiency of educational evaluation,cultivate students'digital literacy and artificial intelligence literacy,and realize students'personalized learning.It also analyzes the subversion and reshaping of traditional education model by artificial intelligence and the risks and countermeasures of its application in education based on specific cases.The article suggests that China should optimize the collaborative practice of multiple agents and intelligent technology,reconstruct the future learning ecology with new model of quality talent training,strengthen the digital governance system of artificial intelligence education to promote the sustainable development of new quality education.Additionally,the paper supports the improvement of artificial intelligence algorithm and intelligent evaluation of education to consolidate the digital foundation for education 4.0.The paper also advocates for the improvement of digital literacy and artificial intelligence literacy of teachers and students to accelerate the construction of a new quality education and upholds the educational design concept to promote the integration of artificial intelligence education and new quality education.
