数智时代的“人师”与“机师”协同教学

摘要 倡导数字技术与智能教学深度融合的人机协同教学,已成为顺应数智时代教育教学转型的必然选择。其中,“人师”对人机协同教学的认知理解、能力适配、行动负荷和风险规避是关键问题。针对“机师”加速技术驱动与“人师”教学认知协调的对峙、“机师”多重任务叠加与“人师”数字能力挚肘的困境、“机师”技术提质增效与“人师”智能教学负荷加重的悖论、“机师”技术赋权增能与“人师”教学风险衍生的矛盾等现实挑战,“人师”亟需从认识驱动、立足所长、善于选择、有效防范等层面,加强参与人机协同模式的自觉性和行动力,助推数字技术与智能教学的融合发展。 As a new teaching method,man-machine collaborative teaching advocates the deep integration of digital technology and intelligent teaching to transform teaching and education in the era of digital intelligence by organically integrating the advantages of humans and machines.For the manmachine collaborative teaching,cognitive understanding,ability matching,action load,and risk avoidance of"human-teacher"are the key factors in the play.At present,many practical challenges exist including the confrontation between the accelerated technology drive of"the pilot"and the teaching cognitive coordination of human teachers,the balance between multi-task superposition of"the pilot"and the digital capability of human teachers,the paradox of quality and efficiency improvement of"the pilot"technology and the added intelligent teaching load on human-teachers,and the contradiction between technology empowerment through"the pilot"and teaching risks for the human-teachers.Thus,it is urgent and critical for teachers to enhance the awareness and action power to engage in manmachine collaborative teaching by understanding the drive,anchoring on teacher strengths,making good choices,and effective prevention to finally boost the integration and development of digital technology and intelligent teaching.
