跨学科主题学习如何实现以文化人

How to Cultivate Talents with Humanities from the Perspective of Interdisciplinary Theme Learning

摘要 以文化人是基础教育的重要育人理念,它属于一个错综复杂的育人问题。传统的学科学习在以文化人方面容易陷入片面追求学科知识完备、拘泥于学科建制、难于突破学科壁垒在真实场景中实现育人的窘境。而通过跨学科主题学习开展以文化人,其内在逻辑体现为:以跨学科主题的有机整合建构“什么文”的问题,以跨学科的非线性思维解决“怎么化”的问题,以跨学科实践生成“什么人”的问题。因此,通过跨学科主题学习实现以文化人,需要从教的视角发挥教师主导作用,从学的视角旨向人的培育,以及从评的视角落实育人价值。 Cultivation of talents with humanities is an important concept of education in the fundamental education,which belongs to a complex problem of education.Through traditional discipline learning,it is easy to fall into the difficulty of pursuing education for the completion of discipline knowledge,sticking to the discipline construction system to carry out formal education,and being difficult to break through discipline barriers to achieve education in the real scene.While in interdisciplinary theme learning the logic for the cultivation of talents with humanities is as follows:the organic integration of the question of“what kind of humanities”,the non-linear thinking of“how to cultivate”and the interdisciplinary generating practice of“what kind of talents”.Therefore,to cultivate talents with humanities from the perspective of interdisciplinary theme learning needs to reveal teachers’leading role from the perspective of teaching,lead to students’cultivation from the perspective of learning,and realize the value of education from the perspective of evaluation.
