浙江省四个地方品种鸡体尺比较分析

Comparison and Analysis of Body Size of Four Indigenous Chicken Breeds in Zhejiang Province

为了比较温州红鸡与其他浙江地方品种鸡体尺的差异性,试验随机选取300日龄温州红鸡、灵昆鸡、仙居鸡和雁荡麻鸡四个地方品种鸡作为试验对象,进行体尺测定及比较分析。结果表明:温州红鸡公鸡体重为(2755.6±282.2)g、体斜长为(27.7±1.0)cm、龙骨长为(15.7±0.9)cm、胸深为(11.6±0.8)cm、胫长为(11.3±0.6)cm、胫骨长为(17.6±0.8)cm,均显著高于其他三个鸡种(P<0.05);温州红鸡母鸡龙骨长为(12.4±0.8)cm、胫长为(8.9±0.5)cm、胫骨长为(13.6±0.6)cm,均显著高于其他三个鸡种(P<0.05)。温州红鸡胫长及胫骨长之和与体斜长的比值(公鸡104.3%±2.9%、母鸡106.5%±4.4%)均显著高于其他鸡种(P<0.05);温州红鸡、灵昆鸡和雁荡麻鸡的颈椎数为14个,仙居鸡的颈椎数为13和14个。温州红鸡的颈长为(24.9±1.1)cm,显著高于其他三个鸡种(P<0.05),颈长和体斜长的比值是(92.2%±5.2%),也显著高于其他三个鸡种(P<0.05)。试验结果说明温州红鸡的体尺与浙江省其他三个地方品种在体型外貌上有较大差异,其突出特点是体大、腿长和颈长,具有较高的遗传资源保护和开发利用价值。

In order to compare the differences in body size between Wenzhou red chicken and three other indigenous chicken breeds in Zhejiang,a random selection of 300-day-old Wenzhou red chickens,Lingkun chickens,Xianju chickens,and Yandang partridge chickens were chosen as experimental subjects for body size and comparative analysis.The results showed that the body weight(2755.6±282.2)g,body slope length(27.7±1.0)cm,fossil bone length(15.7±0.9)cm,breast depth(11.6±0.8)cm,shank length(11.3±0.6)cm,and tibia length(17.6±0.8)cm of Wenzhou red roosters were all significantly higher than those of the other three chicken breeds(P<0.05).The fossil bone length(12.4±0.8)cm,shank length(8.9±0.5)cm,and tibia length(13.6±0.6)cmof Wenzhou red hens were also significantly higher than those of the other three chicken breeds(P<0.05).The ratio of shank length and tibia length to body slope length in Wenzhou red roosters(104.3%±2.9%)and hens(106.5%±4.4%)was significantly higher than that in the other chicken breeds(P<0.05).Wenzhou red chickens,Lingkun chickens,and Yandang partridge chickens had 14 cervical vertebrae,while Xianju chickens had 13 and 14 cervical vertebrae.The neck length of Wenzhou red chickens(24.9±1.1)cm was significantly higher than that of the other three chicken breeds(P<0.05),and the ratio of neck length to body slope length was(92.2%±5.2%),also significantly higher than that of the other three chicken breeds(P<0.05).The results indicates that Wenzhou red chickens have significant differences in body size from the other three indigenous chicken breeds in Zhejiang Province,with prominent characteristics of large body size,long legs,and long neck length.They possess high genetic resource conservation and development value.
