摘要
目的探讨卡式微柱凝胶试验与传统盐水法在输血检验中的应用价值。方法选取2023年12月1-15日期间在该院接受红细胞输注治疗298例,依据简单随机数字表法分为研究组与对照组,各149例。对照组采取传统盐水法,研究组采取卡式微柱凝胶试验。统计两组检验结果(正定型及反定型符合率)、一次性配血成功率、交叉配血用时、不良反应发生率、检验满意度。结果研究组正定型符合率(100.00%)、反定型符合率(99.33%)高于对照组(95.30%、93.96%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组一次性配血成功率(98.66%)高于对照组(93.29%),交叉配血用时长于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率(1.34%)低于对照组(6.04%)(P<0.05)。研究组检验满意度(98.66%)高于对照组(93.29%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论输血检验中采取卡式微柱凝胶试验,对正定型及反定型符合率高于传统盐水法,可提升一次性配血成功率,减少不良反应发生,且医师检验满意度较高。
Objective To explore the application value of cartridge microcolumn gel test and traditional saline method in blood transfusion test.Methods Two hundred and ninety-eight patients who received blood transfusion treatment in Mianyang Hospital Affiliated to the School of Medicine of University of Electronic Science and Technology of China from December 1-15,2023 were selected and divided into a study group and a control group using a simple random number table method,with 149 patients in each group.The control group was treated with traditional saline method,and the study group was treated with cartridge micro column gel test.Compare the results of two sets of tests(positive and negative matching rates),success rate of onetime blood matching,time of cross matching,incidence of adverse reactions,and satisfaction with the test.Results The positive conformity rate(100.00%)and negative conformity rate(99.33%)of the study group were higher than those of the control group(95.30%,93.96%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The success rate of one-time blood matching in the research group(98.66%)was higher than that in the control group(93.29%),and the duration of cross matching was longer than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group(1.34%)was lower than that in the control group(6.04%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of the research group(98.66%)was higher than that of the control group(93.29%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The card type micro column gel test is adopted in blood transfusion test.The coincidence rate of positive and reverse typing is higher than that of traditional saline method,which can improve the success rate of one-time blood matching,reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions,and the satisfaction of doctors is higher.
