摘要
目的分析高危型人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)诊断中应用实时聚合酶链式反应(PCR)检验的效果。方法以该院2023年1-12月内收治的101例高危型HPV患者为本次研究对象,所有研究对象先使用第二代杂交式捕获法(HC-Ⅱ)检验,再行实时PCR检验,以病理实验检测结果为金标准,统计对比两种检验方式的诊断效能。结果组间对比,HC-Ⅱ与实时PCR对高危型HPV的诊断特异度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但实时PCR对高危型HPV的诊断准确率、灵敏度均显著高于HC-Ⅱ,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论实时PCR对于高危型HPV感染患者具有较高检出率,可为此类患者的早期治疗提供科学依据,倡导临床应用。
Objective To analyze the effectiveness of real time polymerase chain reaction(PCR)testing in the diagnosis of high-risk human papillomavirus(HPV).Methods One hundred and one high-risk HPV patients admitted to Shifang Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January to 12 months in 2023 were selected as the subjects of this study.All subjects were tested by the second-generation hybrid capture method(HC-Ⅱ)and then real-time PCR.The results of pathological test were used as the gold standard,and the diagnostic efficacy of the two tests were statistically compared.Results In intergroup comparison,there was no statistically significant difference between the diagnostic specificity of HC II and real-time PCR for high-risk HPV(P>0.05),but the diagnostic accuracy and sensitivity of real-time PCR for high-risk HPV were significantly higher than those of HC II,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Real time PCR has a high detection rate for high-risk HPV infection patients,providing scientific basis for early treatment of such patients and advocating clinical application.
